Shipping time
Please allow 7 days for your order to be shipped, although most times, orders may be shipped earlier. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Holidays excluded.
Extra time
Special orders please allow 1-2 weeks designing and processing time on top of shipping time.

Tracking
Shipping is done via USPS 1st Class Mail from Argyle, TX. You will be provided with a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Jewelry Care
No perfume
Avoid all kinds of cosmetics near any jewelry piece as they can cause tarnishing.
Remove to sleep
Remove jewelry before going to bed to prevent accidents in your sleep.
No chemicals
Avoid harsh chemicals around your jewelry such as dish detergent.
Storage
Store jewelry separately from other pieces in a cool, dark place using jewelry boxes and pouches.
No sweating
Remove jewelry before any rigorous exercise that may cause sweating.
Order
Put jewelry on after clothes and makeup are on. Remove jewelry before clothes are taken off.
Keep dry
Keep it away from water. Avoid getting jewelry wet by removing before bathing or swimming.
Polish
If jewelry looks dull, you can gently polish it with a soft, dry cloth.
No layering
Avoid layering or overlapping jewelry when wearing or storing.
